Terms & Conditions

Booking with Full Transparency

Your booking is confirmed based on the agreed tour proposal, including travel dates, pricing, hotels, inclusions, and exclusions with full transparency.

Payments

Upon confirmation, an advance payment of 50% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid as per the given schedule. For peak seasons, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

No refunds are applicable for cancellations during high-peak or festival periods.
Cancellation charges will apply as per company policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy and will be made only to the person who made the original payment.

Foreign Nationals: Passport + Visa
NRIs: Passport
OCI/PIO Holders: Passport + OCI/PIO Card
Indian Nationals: Voter ID / Driving License / Passport

Hotel Check-in / Check-out

Standard hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00 PM IST. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and is subject to hotel policy and availability.

Extra Vehicle Usage

Vehicles are provided strictly for itinerary-based use. Any additional usage will incur extra charges.

Disclaimer

Wing Fly Travels will never ask for your card numbers, CVV, passwords, OTPs, or request you to install remote access applications such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. Any such activity is at your own risk.

Payments made via credit cards are considered final. No chargebacks will be entertained.
